Callum Wallace
Co-Founder
Having worked with my dad as a painter and decorator for three years, I decided I needed to try something different. I worked in a call centre for another five years, but I needed somewhere that I could learn and progress. That’s when I discovered this industry. I had never done Marketing or Sales, but I loved the atmosphere in the office and how the team were there to help, coach and train you. I loved that I was in control of my progression through my hard work. I soon realised that I wanted to help others. Since setting up Atlas Promotions in 2015, I have focused on coaching and training and giving people the same life-changing opportunities that I was given.
Ujla Mohammed
Co-Founder
Having graduated from the University of Glasgow in Infection Biology, I decided to pursue teaching for a while. I spent my time travelling and came back determined to make something out of myself. When I was looking for a new opportunity, the first thing I read was “Opportunities to progress.” That captivated me immediately. I came in without knowing anything about sales but, I fell in love with the atmosphere. It was a great turning point for me. I decided that I wanted to grow in the industry and became determined to change my life. I now opened my own business, bought my own house, car, went on many amazing holidays, looked after my family, and I am determined to teach others to achieve their own goals.

Office Manager
I joined Atlas Promotions after Graduating from the University of Portsmouth in French Studies. I didn’t have much work experience, which meant that I needed to find a place that would be willing to invest in me, and my learning. Over my time with Atlas, my role has developed. I started in sales where I developed key communication skills, my confidence and learnt the value of human relationships. I was then given the opportunity to be a part of the recruitment team, where I have broadened my responsibilities. I now oversee our online presence and creative content and aim to continue growing. Here I have learnt that anything is possible if you put the work in and dream big.
