The entire Atlas Promotions team packed our bags and headed down to Manchester for one of the biggest events in our calendar, the National Convention 2025. Held at the impressive Manchester Central Convention Complex, this annual gathering is known as the sales and marketing industry’s equivalent of the Oscars. And this year, it exceeded expectations with a day full of excitement, inspiration, and well-earned recognition.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was electric. The venue buzzed with energy, and the scale of the event was a fitting tribute to the talent and hard work on display throughout the day. Industry leaders including James Buckley, Mike Warren, Nicci Flynn, Mike Blain, Callum Wallace, Ujla Mohammed, and Phil Reid, delivered inspiring talks that captivated the room and reminded us all why we do what we do.
This year was a particularly exciting one for Atlas Promotions, as we proudly brought home several prestigious accolades, each one a reflection of the dedication, teamwork and values that define our culture.
Atlas Promotions was honoured with the MC Quality Award, a recognition of the high standards we uphold across all aspects of our work, from how we represent brands to how we support one another internally. It’s an award that celebrates consistency, professionalism, and people-focused excellence.
Several standout team members were also recognised for their exceptional contributions:
Jenny Nixon received the award for Excellence in Acquisitions, Leadership & Quality. Jenny continues to lead by example, excelling in her performance while elevating those around her through strong leadership and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Ciaran Barr was awarded for Excellence in Acquisitions / New Office. Launching a new office is a bold endeavour, and Ciaran has done exactly that, laying the foundations for long-term success while embodying Atlas’s guiding principles.
Ryan Truscott took home the Leadership Award, a clear reflection of his ability to inspire, empower, and develop those under his guidance.
Erin Thompson earned recognition with the Leadership & Quality Award. Erin is known for her attention to detail and high standards, which consistently result in strong campaigns and a loyal, engaged team.
Aimee Mclusker received the award for Excellence in Acquisitions. Aimee stands out as someone who’s deeply committed to making real, human connections, and her results speak for themselves.
Ana Martins was honoured as our Top Performing Support Staff. Often working behind the scenes, Ana’s work ensures the office functions like a well-oiled machine. Her efforts, though often understated, are foundational to our collective achievements.

These conversations offered valuable insight and motivation that we’ve brought home with us to Edinburgh.
